Last night I figured out what I was going to eat so that I had less *thinking* to do today! Don't you find that it can be difficult sometimes?? Sometimes I don't know what I am going to or want to eat.....and that can be a double edged sword!!!
Well my plan for the day is to head off to the gym, I have a workout scheduled with Ange, and bless my dad because my husband's work schedule got changed last minute and daycare was full so I had no one to look after Jace....but my dad volunteered to come over bright and early on his day off to look after Jace so I didnt' miss my personal training.........*thank you Dad* Then I am off to work today and tomorrow and then we are having a superbowl party here on Sunday!!!! Now this is making me nervous!!!! My family will be having deep fried Chicken Wings (made here at my house) as well as chips and pop **YIKES** How am I ever going to hold it together????????? The one thing I am going to keep in my mind will be my Weigh In the following morning!!! So my Superbowl treats are: Rice Crackers, Unsweetened Apple sauce, veggie platter and I think some sort of grilled chicken???? Help!!!!
What are you healthy Superbowl foods??? I could really use your suggestions!!
